What's HOT in June?!
As we say goodby to an always hectic May, due to the 2 bank holiday weekends, we welcome in June and know that summer is definitely round the corner... With the warm days and brighter evening causing us to spend our time drinking on an outdoor terrace or by the bank's of the Thames, so the party scene also shifts, with our attention focused on the up and coming festivals and variety of daytime events (we even just had our own at Cargo)!

What's HOT in April!
April is traditionally a great month for clubbing... Generally because the four day Easter Weekend means that promoters are fighting each other like mad to get you through their doors! Meaning a HUGE number of great events, with an even longer list of HOT djs and producers performing!!
First up in April is a massive night at The EGG nightclub in Kings Cross on Friday 4th March.
If you can manage 2 nights in a row, then our next recommendation would be Amine Edge & Dance at the Great Suffolk Street Warehouse. If you've not been to this club space, then where have you been? Perfect for gritty underground vibes and just like their event back at the start of March, this CUFF records party will be a sell out!! And the reason for this event, they've only gone and got themselves a residency in Ibiza this summer... Watch out, G-House is coming to get you!!
The following weekend, on Friday the 11th, if garage and bass is the sound you like to get it on to, then all roads lead to Fabric for FabricLive featuring none other than the might DJ EZ!!! Enough said...
If on the other hand you prefer your nights away from the glare of one of London's last remaining superclubs and instead, would like to get your head down in a dark room to the sounds of house, tech, disco and NuDisco, then you could do a lot worse than our own little soiree:
The Easter weekend the kicks off with a bang on Thursday 17th April and our recommendation would be - Mullerover's 10th birthday event!!
If you plan on partying all weekend, then why not mix up the sounds you dance to by choosing a night with the one and only DJ Jazzy Jeff on the Friday?!?
If you have chosen to save yourself for something extra special, then on the Saturday we would head straight down to XOYO and check out their residents for their second quarter of 2014 - The 2 Bears... Their brand of feel good house music is infectious and with news that they have a 2nd album coming out soon, you can expect to hear nothing but fresh music from them.
And why not finish your Easter weekend off in style by going to the 15hr marathon that is Zombie Soundsystem and that features a 4 hour set from one the gods of progressive house... Danny Howels!! Not only that, the event is FREE ENTRY until 9pm and will be at the venue for the first of our East Project Outdoor Sessions in 2014. You can't say fairer than that!
By this stage, I am going to presume that the last weekend in April is going to be a write-off! However, if I am wrong and you are the type of naughty people that can never say no to good party and find it even harder to go to bed at the end of the night, then why not head along to the true London afterparty specialist on Sunday 27th April? Expect nothing but the best techno for your morning and daytime raving needs.

What's HOT in March!
With this regular feature, we're going to recommend the nights that we think are going to be HOT over the next month. Where are you going to hear wall to wall bangers? Which events and DJs should be troubling your diaries?? And where are you next going to lose your marbles???
First up, there's a huge event taking place at BUILDING 6 on Saturday 1st March... Formally known as Matter and run by the team from Fabric before becoming Proud 2 (which never really took off), this venue at the O2 in Greenwich is now being run in-house with help from the LWE boys. Trying to utilise the 3000 capacity venue to its maximum effect, for this event, they have plumped for a couple of huge G-House boys and an American house legend:
A week later, on Friday 21st March, is you're in North West London, you would do well in getting yourself down to Love&Liquor! This little soiree have got the excellent Sharam Jey from Germany to play his own brand of house, with a supporting set from Vanilla Ace... These boys have featured heavily on The Project's office stereo!!
On Saturday 22nd March, all roads lead to XOYO in Shoreditch. You could go to this venue pretty much any weekend of the year and be guaranteed to hear quality music!!
Starting back in January 2014, XOYO launched their residency series. They have picked 4 huge talents, who will reside at their venue for 12 weeks running and play alongside a whole host of guest DJs! Their first resident is the one and only EATS EVERYTHING and on the 22nd he is joined by one amazing line-up!!
Finally for the end of March, we would recommend heading to Vauxhall and the superb Lightbox & Protocol for an event headlined by Newbie Nerdz (Gruuv)... Anyone who has been to the Lightbox will tell you how great the room and visuals are in there, making for an amazing dancefloor experience.

If you want to go for a more traditional straight up tech and house sound, then maybe your first port of call in March should be at Oval Space, to hear the mighty Dennis Ferrer?! Support on the night comes from DJ Qu, Rick Wade and the amazing Jozif!!

On the 8th March, if you don't mind going back to the same venue as the week before, Trouble Vision & Tief are proud to announce that Feel My Bicep will return to London's Oval Space to present the London leg of Todd Terje's long awaited album debut tour and debut London live show.
Not only that, he will be supported by the excellent Bicep and Maurice Fulton, so you can definitely get your disco and house shoes on!!

If Garage used to be or still is your vibe and you happen to be in the Brixton area on Friday 14th March, then we can recommend no better than heading to Plan B!! All 3 of us at East Project having grown up listening to UKG, have a soft spot for the genre and it has definitely been making a very welcome come back of late...
Taking the reins for this 4th Total Garage event, you get Oxide & Neutrino playing alongside the one and only Matt Jam Lamont and Sunship. They promise to put Plan B's Funktion 1 sound system to the test!!
